Year 11 - AS Level Subject choices and return of Interest Form

In addition to finding out about your child's suitability for ASlevel subject courses during the meetings with Year 11 subject teachers,we would like to remind all Year 11 parents of the information recently provided by Mrs. Artuch on our Sixth Form programme.

This information included an Initial Interest form, the purpose of which is to let the school know if your child wishes to return to Sixth Form (Years 12 and 13) from next September and which AS Level courses they would prefer to study, should they receive the entry- level I/GCSEgrades.

We ask that all Year 11 parents please complete this Initial Interest form, as this information will assist the school with planning for the 2022/ 23 academic year, since it provides the school with important information on the likely number of students returning, as well as their preferred AS Level subjects.

Please note that this form was attached to Mrs. Artuch's recent ePraise message; however, a hard copy was also handed out to all Year 11 students at registration.

For those parents who have not yet done so, we would appreciate an early return of this form, either to your child's form tutor or Mrs. Artuch.

The final deadline to return the form is Monday 13th December.
