This annual event takes place on Wednesday, December 13th, 7:00 pm in Loyola Hall, with a wonderful concert featuring our bands and choirs!  At the end of the night (about 8:15 pm) we will have the prize drawing for CI $25,000!  There are lots more prizes too, including cash, Cayman Airways vouchers, and restaurant vouchers for LUCA, Ragazzi and Treats!  This is our largest fundraiser each year (a combined effort of the school and parish) so we need everyone to support, either by buying or selling the $25 tickets!  Please take a book of ten tickets and sell it by Monday, December 11th.  We also have selling slots at major supermarkets between now and December 13th.

The annual Spring Fling will take place on Friday, March 16th, 2018, 3:00-6:30 pm on the school grounds.  All are welcome.  For further information, or to volunteer, please e-mail This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

Our 9th annual Golf Scramble will take place on Friday, March 23rd, 2018, at the North Sound Golf Club.  There will be 1:00 pm shotgun start and we have room for about 20 teams.  Registration begins in January.  For further information, or to donate a prize or become a sponsor, please e-mail This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Our popular Fish Fry nights will return on Friday, February 16th, 2018 (for six straight weeks) serving from 5:00-8:00 pm in the School Canteen.  Dine in or take out.  Menu includes baked or fried fish, rice or fries, grilled onions, cole slaw, festival.  Drinks also on sale.  FREE desserts while supplies last.  For further information, please contact the church office on 949-6797.

Thank you to all those individuals and organizations who have assisted with our fundraising in previous years! We hope you will join us in our efforts as we go forward! Every dollar raised helps to enhance school programmes and facilities, support the scholarship fund, and keep fees as low as possible.

The St. Ignatius/Dorothy Rice Memorial Scholarship Fund has been in existence for 21 years. The fund was created to allow eligible students to continue receiving a Catholic Education. The annual fees at St. Ignatius are about $9500 per student. The scholarship fund tries to cover about fifteen to twenty percent of this for needy families. Each year, thanks to the generosity of parishioners, part proceeds from the Christmas fundraiser, and a number of other fundraisers, we assist 35-40 children with school fees.  In return for the help the families must volunteer to work at school events during the term and the students must maintain high standards of behaviour and academic progress.   One can never put a price tag on the value of a child’s education.  Any donations are gratefully received. Cheques should be made payable to ST. IGNATIUS and please write "Dorothy Rice Scholarship Fund" in the memo. Contributions may be dropped off to May at the parish office, Doris at the school office, or you can mail them to:

ST. IGNATIUS - DOROTHY RICE SCHOLARSHIP FUND, St. Ignatius Catholic Church & School, P.O. Box 2638, Grand Cayman KY1-1102.
